**About this Position**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement landscape plans, designs, and general maintenance practices.
- Supervise, train and coordinate the activities of landscape personnel, including staffand subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of landscape operations, including project details, budgets, and maintenance schedules.
- Order supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for landscaping projects.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all landscaping areas, including lawns, trees, shrubs, and other vegetation.
- Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain all maintenance equipment in good working condition.
- Monitor environmental conditions and recommend improvements to the overall
- property.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supervising landscaping projects, managing budgets, and coordinating staff.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of landscape management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
