Marketing Manager

- The Marketing Manager will play an integral role in leading eCAMION Inc. Marketing initiatives. As a member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be managing the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as designing processes that will allow for speed, agility and efficiency for our expanding sales, product management, and engineering teams. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the executive team and vendor partners and participate in strategic planning._
- Key responsibilities of the Manager will include conducting strategic market analyses, working cross functionally with teams throughout the company to execute Marketing Campaigns, establishing processes, and developing strategic alliances for market growth._

**_Key Accountabilities _**:
The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Assist with strategy, promoting our business, products, and services, and ensuring we are communicating the right messaging (website, social media, collateral, tradeshows etc.) with existing customers and prospective ones
- Support the sales team with effective programs to gain new leads and increase sales with existing customers
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Search/Promote eCAMION to government agencies for grants and funding
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Work with cross functional groups (Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Support) to promote our products to the market
- Branding and PR activities, campaigns
- Work with creative (content, videos etc.), brainstorming ideas, and analytics
- Participate in strategic planning and preparation of management materials
- Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Identify operational improvements and develop new or enhanced procedures
- Provide the organization with reports, dashboards, and data required to derive insights and data-driven decisions about marketing programs and tactics

**_Requirements_**:

- Undergraduate degree required; Marketing or Business-related field required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing-related team developing programs or materials
- 2 years of project management experience within a corporate marketing department, creative studio or agency
- Experience with green energy technology/ electrification/ EV charging is an asset
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers
- Experience with digital asset management systems; storing and tracking assets
- Strong knowledge of budget planning and cost control
- Knowledge of strategic planning
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, demand generation, account and lead stages, lead and contact statuses, lead lifecycle, and sales pipeline
- Knowledge of project management processes, Customer Data Platforms, Tableau, Google Analytics, Asana, Jira
- Familiar with Design software’s, i.e., Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Miro Experience with HTML and CSS
- Open to occasional travel for conferences and trades shows, locally and internationally
