IronSight is currently looking for a **Pumpjack & Wellhead Maintenance Dispatch** to join its Field Operations Team reporting to the Team Lead. In this role, you’ll:

- Be the front-line communicator and problem solver to our key customers and field management
- Coordinate multiple resources to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient work is being performed

**Positions Available**: 1

**Position Type**: Permanent Full-Time or Contract

**Location**: On our Client’s site - 30 minutes from Cold Lake, AB or Bonnyville, AB (You must be legally entitled to work in Canada)

**Salary/Wage**: Competitive based on experience

**Anticipated Start Date**: TBD

**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate information to multiple resources, field management, and clients (Operations).
- Organize, analyze, and track relevant information regarding supply and demand
- Demonstrate extraordinary organizational skills while using the IronSight platform to its fullest capability.
- Extensive collaboration with workers regarding client’s requirements and changing priorities to ensure both customer and workers needs are met.
- Identify areas to improve efficiency, and work with your team and team lead to implement new strategies.
- Quickly and effectively communicate changes in the business to key stakeholders to ensure we are providing top of the line service to our clients.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of all transactions.
- Model behaviors that support IronSight’s core values and those of our clients who you will be working with.
- Ensure all activities follow IronSight rules, regulations, policies, and procedures along with those of our clients.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Team Lead and the client.
- Ability to define problems and determine effective solutions by accessing information from a variety of sources and identifying the root-cause of the problem.
- Flexibility to be on-call as needed.

**What You Bring**
- Maintenance Scheduling/Planning experience
- Experience working with SAP is an asset
- 1-2 years of leadership and proven ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in the English language, with the ability to comprehend instructions and communicate in a clear and logical manner
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work through high-pressure situations, juggle competing priorities, and make decisions that have a significant financial impact within a limited timeframe required.
- Must be able to work effectively with a team and independently.
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines imposed in a dynamic environment.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required, intermediate to advanced experience preferred.

**Working Conditions**
- Majority will be in IronSight command center, predominantly computer and desk work
- Minimal travel with occasional trips to the field required
- Must have own transportation to client’s site
- Ability to answer client requests during the day and at night
- Overtime required
- Night shift may be required
