About This Team

The Global Procurement team are trusted business advisors who strategically partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non-product purchases for the global organization. The team supports the business in increasing its profitability and return on investment by creating value in our indirect supply chain through sourcing and negotiation. From providing category expertise, market insights, cost savings opportunities & developing short and long-term strategies, the Global Procurement team supports the business with their supplier relationships.

A Day In The Life
- Lead indirect Procurement team to delivery value through cost reductions, market insights, strategic supplier relationship management and operational efficiencies
- Build relationships with business unit executive sponsors and stakeholders to assure alignment of category plans and achievement of overall savings targets
- Build and deploy Vendor Diversity & Inclusion program
- Drive the change management program to influence behaviors across the business to align with a mature procurement model and assure timely execution of sourcing events
- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to team members and cross functional partners to ensure they understand their roles and interdependence in the delivery of sustainable services

**Qualifications**:

- 15+ years procurement experience
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to develop relationships, communicate effectively and influence senior level management.
- Multi-category experience preferred
- Experience leading category experts and procurement operations
- Strong financial acumen with multi-year experience building, managing and delivering against P&L’s
- Proven innovator with significant demonstrated experience in driving operational and organizational change management
- Demonstrated success in managing vendors
