**Position**: Part-Time Tutor/Teacher

**Location**: Vancouver, BC (541-550 W Broadway)

**Pay**: $30-50/hr (premium rates for group sessions)

**Tutors Needed For**
- General Homework Help (Grades 8-12)
- Math (Grades 8-12)
- Physics (Grades 11-12)
- Biology (Grades 11-12)
- Chemistry (Grades 11-12)
- English (Grades 8-12)
- French (Grades 8-12)
- English Language Learning (ELL) (Grades 8-12)
- IELTS/CELPIP/PTE Prep

**Responsibilities**
- Develop clear lesson plans tailored to individual or group needs, consistently assessing progress and adjusting accordingly.
- Lead 1-on-1 or group sessions (up to 6 students), fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Track student progress via session summaries.
- Propose and implement hobby-based or interest-driven classes based on your own passions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passionate educators eager to share both academic expertise and personal interests.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required (teaching certificates and familiarity with the BC curriculum is preferred).
- Proof of current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening, or willing to obtain one.
- Available for a minimum of 2 days per week (flexible hours within Tuesday-Friday 3-9pm, Saturday 9am-5pm).
- Commitment to teaching in-person at our Vancouver location.
