**Duties**:
- Coordinate and oversee catering operations for events and functions
- Ensure that food and beverages are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Manage a team of catering staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Collaborate with clients to plan menus, select food options, and accommodate special dietary needs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in catering or banquet operations
- Familiarity with coffee service, restaurant operations, bartending, and hotel catering is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
