**About Pregnancy Care Centre Toronto**:
Since 1984 Pregnancy Care Centre Toronto provides compassionate community support to women and families facing an unexpected pregnancy so that they can thrive without seeing abortion as their only option Pregnancy Care Centre Toronto is a faith based Christian non-profit charity.

PCC Toronto has 4 locations, serving approximately 2000 new clients each year. Services are provided 6 days a week through both in person and virtual appointments. Clients can receive attention 12 hours a day. Community connections are made to a network of 25 churches who offer extended care of families through their volunteer teams. In 2025 PCC Toronto will open a new office in Peel and the Peel Region Director will give leadership to this new initiative in this newly developed position.

**Position Overview**:
The Peel Regional Director (PRD) has full responsibility for the overall day-to-day operations of the Peel Office to effectively carry out the vision and mission of the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, he or she acts as the public face for the Peel Office, ensuring a high standard of care, developing centre personnel to their full potential through spiritual leadership, and safeguarding the healthy functioning of legal and financial aspects of the organization. The Peel Regional Director is hired, supervised and evaluated by the Executive Director.

**Responsibilities**:
PCC staff are expected to work co-operatively with others; demonstrate flexibility in organizing work; show a high degree of initiative, discernment, and resourcefulness; have good communication skills; demonstrate thoughtfulness in decision-making and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
Staff must reflect genuine concern, non-judgmental respect, and commitment to individuals and organizations.
Staff should be prepared to explain PCC’s religious beliefs and practices to all clients, visitors, and callers.
Staff should be prepared to provide resources and assistance consistent with the Mission & Vision Statements and Core Statements to all those who inquire.

**Reporting Structure**:
Reports to the Executive Director
Supervises:

- Directly supervises Client Support Workers in Peel Office
- Indirectly supervises volunteer workers serving the Peel Office and activities in Peel Region

**Work Week**:
Will Vary
- 37 hours per week
- Will include some evenings
- Maximum 2 Sundays a month visiting and presenting at churches in Peel Region.

**Location**:

- Peel Office + In the community meeting with donors and churches for training/presentations

**Specific Duties**:
Directly Oversees
- Staff and volunteers at the Peel Office
- Staff and volunteers helping with training and church presentations

**Qualifications**:
1. Expresses full agreement with the centre’s Core Statements.

2. Expresses full agreement with Centre’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

3. Have experience as a staff or volunteer in faith-based ministry capacity.

4. Have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as health care, social work, business administration, community development, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
