**About the Job**:
Are you an energetic, imaginative, and compassionate individual with a knack for bringing joy to every day? We are looking for a Super Nanny to join our family and help us create a world of wonder and laughter for our three incredible children

**The Kids**:

- **Age 3**: Our youngest is a whirlwind of playfulness and curiosity, always exploring and discovering new things. They love interactive games, imaginative play, and are constantly on the move.
- **Age 6**: Our middle child is a bundle of happiness with a great sense of humor. Expect lots of giggles, jokes, and spontaneous bursts of joy. They thrive on fun activities and creative projects.
- **Age 11**: Our oldest is a remarkable individual who, despite special needs, excels in life with resilience and enthusiasm. They are keen on engaging activities, challenges, and supportive interactions.
- **Age 14**: Our oldest is an independent, mature, and kind teen with a love for athletics and a great sense of humor. They are outgoing, responsible, and enjoy being involved in family activities and sports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage the kids in a variety of playful and educational activities tailored to their interests and developmental stages.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment where each child feels valued and supported.
- Organize and lead fun outings, crafts, games, and learning experiences.
- Provide encouragement and assistance with daily routines and any special needs requirements.
- Create a harmonious atmosphere where laughter and learning go hand in hand.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with children, particularly those with special needs, is a plus.
- Creativity and a sense of adventure to keep up with active, imaginative play.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs and personality.
- A background in child development, education, or a related field is beneficial but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
