**Deluxe Metal Fabrication Inc is a manufacturer of precision sheet metal parts. We are in Langley, BC, and** **currently looking for** **office administration and bookkeeping to join our team.**

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bookkeeping & Office Administration
- QuickBooks Pro
- Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent Command of English
- Self starter

**Requirements**:

- Well experienced in Quick Books
- Well organized and able to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Answer phones professionally
- Excellent Customer Service
- Resourceful & willing to learn

**Duties**:

- Payroll & Invoicing
- A/R, A/P, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations
- T4 & Gov Remittances
- General Administration duties

**Work Schedule**

Part-time, 8 hours per week. morning shift. Flexible schedule.

**Payment will be negotiated based on skills and experience.**
