403Handyman-Airdrie/Calgary is looking for a reliable Handy Person to join our team. We seek someone reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality work. **Responsibilities**
- Perform general home repairs, maintenance tasks, and small renovations
- Skilled at ceiling repairs, including knockdown, orange peel, stipple, and smooth finish
- Skilled at painting, ensuring a clean and professional finish
- Skilled at outdoor builds and repairs, such as decks and fences
- Skilled at drywall repairs and installation
- Skilled at assessing maintenance and renovation projects to determine the best course of action
- Skilled at performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Some knowledge of flooring repairs and installation required, such as carpet, hardwood, LVP, laminate, linoleum and tiling
- Provide estimates for repair and renovation projects and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing tasks
- Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques in home repair and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Must have proven experience as a Handyperson, with expertise in various home repairs, maintenance, and renovations
- Must be skilled in performing ceiling repairs, including knockdown, orange peel, stipple, and smooth finish
- Must be skilled at painting with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality finish
- Experience with outdoor repairs and builds particularly deck and fence repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge to address minor issues
- Must be reliable and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions while being flexible and creative in solving problems
- Must have a Valid driver's licence with a good driving record
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces) for up to an eight-foot reach, bend, kneel, crouch, stretch and twist while working on the job site

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
