This is a hybrid position consisting of approximately 3 days on location.

**Overview**:
The Supply Chain Manager needs to create reliable and efficient supply operations to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. This role keeps track of logistics and update the company’s inventory, analyzes operational performance, and resolve issues. The Supply Chain Manager also collaborates with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g., shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.

More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Developing, planning implementing, monitoring, and maintaining supply chain management strategies that increase the efficiency and speed of supply operations
- Handling all correspondence and negotiations with suppliers
- Optimizing warehouse functions
- Training employees about safety guidelines and protocols
- Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Keeping detailed records, generating reports, and developing presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective
- Monitoring costs and staying within allocated budgets
- Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to identify and close any operational gaps
- Determining key supply chain KPIs
- Suggesting solutions for process improvements
- Identifying process bottleneck and implementing solutions in a timely manner
- Training and evaluating others
- Providing constructive feedback
- Assisting logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment, and delivery, and returns on products
- Building relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors
- Ensuring that logistics standards and policies are understood and followed by all
- Other related duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business

**Requirements**:
Position requires a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business or comparable discipline.

Must be Bilingual: French and English

Must have the following:

- 10 + years of leadership experience in the manufacturing field
- 4 + years of experience in supply chain management and logistic, in another field is also adequate for the role
- Experience with ERP programs
- Equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge
- As part of your duties, you will have to collaborate regularly with co-workers based across Canada and United States
- Previous management experience and the ability to execute initiatives and manage projects effectively is required for this position

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$77,000.00 per year
