**Regional Sales Manager**

**Role Overview**: As the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront, cultivating relationships, closing deals, and navigating diverse territories while directly engaging with clients. You will assume a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering client relationships within your designated region (Quebec and eastern Canada). Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently are essential, with the remainder of your time spent working from home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Builds new relationships as well as strengthens and maintains existing customer relationships. - Focuses on overall sales growth of the region while maintaining established profit objectives. - Motivates existing customers and offers them new opportunities with existing products to increase sales.
- Prepares reports to assist the directors' efforts to build the business. Collaborates with the inside sales team to increase sales and assists in resolving customer-related issues.
- Maintains existing customer relationships while creating new opportunities.
- Strategically plans to optimize time and expenses to achieve expectations.
- Provide exemplary customer service, handling inquiries and processing orders through various communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to generate accurate price quotes, streamline order processing, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to track sales performance, identify emerging trends, and inform strategic decision-making processes.

**Aperçu du rôle**: En tant que Gestionnaire des ventes régionales, vous serez à l'avant-garde, cultivant des relations, concluant des accords et naviguant dans des territoires divers tout en engageant directement avec les clients. Vous assumerez un rôle pivot dans la croissance des ventes et dans le développement des relations client dans votre région désignée (Québec et l'est du Canada). La flexibilité et la volonté de voyager fréquemment sont essentielles, le reste de votre temps étant consacré au travail à domicile.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Établir de nouvelles relations ainsi que renforcer et maintenir les relations clients existantes.
- Se concentrer sur la croissance globale des ventes de la région tout en maintenant les objectifs de profit établis.
- Motiver les clients existants et leur offrir de nouvelles opportunités avec les produits existants pour augmenter les ventes.
- Préparer des rapports pour aider les efforts des directeurs à développer l'entreprise. Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente interne pour augmenter les ventes et aider à résoudre les problèmes liés aux clients.
- Maintenir les relations client existantes tout en créant de nouvelles opportunités.
- Planifier stratégiquement pour optimiser le temps et les dépenses afin de répondre aux attentes.
- Fournir un service client exemplaire, traiter les demandes de renseignements et traiter les commandes via divers canaux de communication avec professionnalisme et efficacité.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour générer des devis précis, rationaliser le traitement des commandes et garantir des expériences client sans faille.
- Préparer des rapports complets pour suivre la performance des ventes, identifier les tendances émergentes et informer les processus de prise de décision stratégique.

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, du
moyen de transport fiable et être prêts à voyager selon les besoins. Des
déplacements fréquents dans la région, avec une moyenne de 9 à 12 nuits par
mois (ou environ jusqu'à 60 % du temps de déplacement). La rémunération
comprend des allocations de voiture et de carburant, un régime d'assurance
collective et la possibilité de travailler à domicile pour le reste du temps de
déplacement.

Pay: $40,821.32-$90,000.00 per year
