Farmhouse Brewing Co. is looking to hire an enthusiastic, professional, craft-beer-loving Front of house Manager to our team

Farmhouse Brewing Co. is a farm-based brewery located in Greendale (Chilliwack) BC. Our focus is to create amazing craft beer and utilize locally grown products in our food and beverages. We strive to create a welcoming community space for both employees and guests.

WHO YOU ARE:

- Social, friendly, self-motivated, professional with amazing people skills
- Organized and capable of multitasking, with high attention to detail
- Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time
- hospitality-managerial experience, ideally in the Craft Beer industry

EXPECTED DUTIES:

- Work closely with Owners, Chef and Head Brewer within our close knit management team
- Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
- Manage the Front of House servers including scheduling, training and general supervision, assist gm/hr in employee matters
- Maintaining inventory counts for Front of House items
- Closing shifts on minimum 2 nights a week.
- Record keeping of staff employment anniversary's for reviews and other required paperwork that may come along
- Be compliant with all WorkSafeBC, Fraser Health and Farmhouse Brewing Co. rules and regulations.
- Contributing to a healthy team culture by always maintaining a positive attitude, professionalism and supporting our company vision
- Be willing and available to work weekends (fridays, saturdays) & holidays
- Professional References required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- First-Line Managers: 1 year (preferred)
