We are currently seeking a SuccessFactors HRIS Consultant/ Manager (12 Months Mat-Leave Coverage) to join our Global SuccessFactors team.
Reporting to the SVP Human Resources, the consultant will focus on the overall management of our core HR data (SuccessFactors & SAP HCM).
You will bring your proven SuccessFactors experience and HR knowledge to actively lead projects and guide clients through requirements gathering and contribute to business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change management, quality assurance, risk management and user enablement. Though collaboration and effective project delivery you will ensure clients extract the full value from the SuccessFactors solution.
As a consultant, it is expected that more research will be done on your part to know about customer operations, planned integration with our current legacy systems.

**What you will do?**
- Provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes, from process design through to process execution. Troubleshooting the SF related issues and fixing the data related issues in the system.
- Support the global HR team on issues within our modules in SuccessFactors such as Onboarding, Recruiting, Time Off and Performance Management.
- Monitor HRIS interfaces and regularly audit HR data to ensure data integrity.
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the best practices.
- Create documentation and training on HRIS SF system and processes.
- Provide controls for the protection of personal data in compliance with GDPR and other PII compliance & security best practices and regulations.
- SF troubleshooting skills, conversant with SAP Support model and process.
- One of the prime responsibilities to refer defined scope, configuration document and prepare risk catalog and action log for self, daily and discuss with team members either regularly or on need basis/weekly meetings.
- SAP SuccessFactors release management.
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
- Time off module support including creation of accrual business rules, time type, time account and time profiles. Basic troubleshooting of time off related issues.
- Investigate time-related questions and issues: holiday calendars, vacation, banked time, and “leave” quota balances.
- Providing accurate and efficient support for all HR transactions and information in policies, guidelines, processes and procedural queries and interpretations, HRIS transactions, personal data changes, and any administrative issues.
- Audit and analyze data to ensure integrity (data accuracy and completeness) via standard and ad hoc reports from SuccessFactors. Advise HR on how to make the required data changes (based on audit outcomes).
**What you will bring?**
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills with a high degree of thoroughness and accuracy.
- 3+ years of experience with Success Factors HCM/HRMS administration, configuration, and development in complex business environments.
- At least one end to end SuccessFactors project implementation and delivery experience.

- Off module experience a huge plus.
- Proven history of hands-on delivery in major HR transformation programs and success in contributing within a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with objectivity and discretion, High personal standard of integrity.
- Proven skills in reviewing detailed data, spotting anomalies, and identifying solutions.
- Demonstrate the willingness to learn and challenge business practices. You have excellent oral and written communication skills allowing you to build a trustful relationship with clients. You show dynamism, perseverance and know how to take initiatives, you greatly appreciate moving forward as a team in fast-paced international environment.
