**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage security personnel to maintain a safe environment for all staff and visitors.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with company standards.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to identify potential threats or incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations and security measures.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to security staff on first aid, CPR, conflict management, and loss prevention techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and daily activities for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall safety measures across the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security field or related areas such as law enforcement or military service.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; additional training in conflict management is a plus.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, visitors, and law enforcement agencies.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
