What You'll Do:
Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering phone calls, greeting, and assisting customers with their needs.
- Downloading claims, sending collision links, and organizing claim intake.
- Opening and closing glass claims, collision claims, and repair orders (R.O.s).
- Training in estimating standards and auditing claims as needed.
- Booking customers for repairs and keeping them updated electronically.

Skills & Experience:

- Computer skills are an asset.
- Customer service experience of 3+ years preferred (but not required).
- MPI collision center experience of 3+ years preferred (but not required).
