Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Perform basic math calculations to process transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively upsell and promote products
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
- Cashiering experience is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.25 per hour
