**Duties**
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking equipment and utensils.
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal food quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or food service environment, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Food handling certificate required.
- Short distance driving might be required in non -busy hours to deliver pizza, so ones with driving license preferred.
