Expo/food Runner

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

**Duties**
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by communicating orders clearly and efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Support food preparation efforts by helping with meal assembly and garnishing as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations throughout all food handling processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order tracking is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Willingness to help others and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
