Wicwac is seeking an organized and technically skilled **Outbound Lead Automation Specialist** for a 3-month full-time contract. This role will support our outbound prospecting efforts through the implementation and optimization of automated lead-generation workflows.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and deploy outbound automation using **Expandi.io** and **Apollo.io**:

- Set up outreach sequences, segmentation, and trigger-based workflows
- Maintain data quality and sync across automation tools and CRM
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline goals

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 1+ year of experience in outbound lead automation or sales/marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with **Expandi.io** and **Apollo.io**:

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- **Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Ottawa**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
