**Shift timing**:Afternoon Shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

**The Opportunity**
We’re seeking an experienced **Production Lead Hand** to coordinate and guide our production team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate daily activities for production and packaging teams, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
- Coach, train, and support team members, including new hires and temporary staff.
- Oversee line changes, shift start-up, equipment adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety (OHSA), HACCP, GMP, and SOP requirements.
- Monitor production output, quality checks, and accurate record keeping (SAP/OEE).
- Assist with workforce planning, overtime scheduling, and resolving employee concerns.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment, reporting hazards and incidents promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN processes.

**What You Bring**
- **3+ years** in a Lead Hand or similar leadership role, preferably in food manufacturing.
- **2+ years** in a manufacturing environment (food experience an asset).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and guide team members.
- Knowledge of OHSA; First Aid and SAP/ERP experience are assets.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office).
