IT Helpdesk Analyst

Our MSP client in Toronto is looking for full-time Level 2 IT Helpdesk Support.
You may need to visit client sites on occasion in Downtown Toronto - access to the subway or car is required
***MSP Experience Required**
**Responsibilities**:
- Interpret, understand, and deliver end-user requirements.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues for various clients.
- M365 environment
- User setup/Maintenance
- Knowledge of Licensing
- Exchange Online knowledge (Mailflow rules, etc.)
- Intune configuration/maintenance
- MDM configuration/maintenance
- Basic Networking, LAN/WAN, Switches, Firewalls
- Workstations - Windows 10 and up
- Servers, hardware installation/configuration, Windows, Exchange and Virtual Environments (Hyper-V)
- Software;
- Office (on-prem and online)
- PSA, RMM (Connectwise a plus)
- Backup technologies (Datto, Azure, a plus)
- Familiarity with Azure environment
- Understanding of Licensing, Azure Active Directory, Configuration and migration, Users setup/configuration, Azure Backups - setup/maintenance
**Must-haves**:
- Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) Environment.
- Experience with Ticketing systems (Connect Wise)
- Experience with IT Glue, cloud-based IT documentation
- Experience with Windows 10, Windows Servers 2008/2012.
- Experience with Desktop and Notebook Network configuration
- Experience with LAN and WAN Technologies, Server technologies, AD, backup, RAID, RAS, VPN, etc.
- Experience with Azure Infrastructure
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to work with clients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
- CompTIA A+ (preferred)
