We're looking for a Logistics Supervisor who will be primarily responsible for overseeing the execution of tasks, for the duration of the shift. They will have oversight of the department's overall performance and the responsibility of making necessary adjustments to meet daily/weekly objectives. This person will have to make autonomous decisions in order to quickly alleviate blockers faced by their team and must be able to resolve immediate issues amongst their reports and with their peers.

**Schedule : Monday-Friday 5:30AM-1:30PM**

**Compensation**: starting at $22 per hour + Pay increase every 6 Months + Attendance bonus

**Location**:300 Rue de la Berge du Canal Lachine, QC H8R 1H3

**What you'll do**:

- Supervising your team's arrival and departure time, reporting issues to your manager and acting accordingly.
- Manage and monitor employee quality performance.
- Providing immediate support to your team members with any issues that come about, whether that be an item missing for an order, an issue on the road or on a delivery site.
- Analyzing team capacity and recommending hiring needs to your manager.
- Conducting interviews and providing feedback.
- Participating in the development and maintaining of Standard Operating Practice documents
- Reporting and ensuring your team's performance according to set KPIs on a regular frequency.
- Participate in the collective health and safety within the work environment.
- Represent Renorun values within the logistics team, capture your team's pain points and make sure they are communicated, and resolved.

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience leading a logistics team/or related experience
- Driver's license (heavy vehicles is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast paced environment, adaptability is key.
- Fluently bilingual in both English and French (required)
