Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sending invoices & monthly statements
- Account receivable and payable
- Monitoring accounts
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Issuing payments
- Filing
- Track and order office supplies
- WSIB certificates & reports
- Filling out forms & reports (Form 1000, Statutory Declarations, EHT report, HST reports, IFTA reports and Quebec forms & reports)
- Prepare year end documents
- Bank deposits & reconciliation
- Payroll & deductions
- Group insurance
- Renewing IRP Plates
- Holdbacks
- Letter drafting
- Project tracking
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Must have good attention to detail, organization, problem solving and communication skills
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounting and Microsoft Office is an asset
- Experience within a construction office is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
