**Job Summary**:
Aptech Employment Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to bring in new business clients who require staffing services. The role is 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach businesses needing staffing support (e.g., general labor, forklift operators, warehouse staff, admin roles)
- Pitch our staffing services to decision-makers and secure contracts
- Develop long-term client relationships
- No recruiting or HR tasks—this is strictly client acquisition

**Qualifications**:

- Strong networking, sales, or business development skills
- Prior experience in staffing, logistics, or corporate B2B sales is an asset
- Self-driven and able to work independently

**Compensation**:

- Commission-based
- Percentage paid on every confirmed client contract
- No limit on earnings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
