**Job Overview**:
**Reporting to the onsite Registration Lead, this position is mainly responsible for greeting racers with a friendly attitude while ensuring fast processing times of the registration process.**
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assists with the onsite-registration equipment and setup
- Registering each customer for the event (pre-registered and walk-up registration)
- Help manage registration volunteers during event days
- Provide excellent customer service by having knowledge of Spartan’s frequently Asked Questions, and overall event day information.
- Provide wrap-up and completion materials including post-race inventory.
- Assist with the onsite
- registration equipment teardown (post race)
**Qualifications**:
- Be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office Suite and cloud based computing software packages (Google Drive, Excel, Word, etc).
- Have previous experience working with large diverse groups in a dynamic environment is an asset
- Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions;
- Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles;
- Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving;
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Proven success in a rapidly changing, high operational tempo work environment.

- Customer service experience is an asset
**Requirements**:
- Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions.
- Be comfortable traveling up to 5 days at a time
- Frequently works 10-15+ hour days outdoors
- Possess a valid driver’s license without restrictions; clean driving record;

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $250.00 per day
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
