**Must be Smart Serve Certified and have a minimum of 2 years of serving experience.**

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to guests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality

**Salary**: $15.50-$23.58 per hour
