**Service Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the full cycle of a service request from receiving the initial call from the client to invoicing the service rendered
- Answering phones
- Communicating with clients and generating service request
- Scheduling service technicians
- Working alongside technicians and supplies to determine required parts and pricing
- Submitting service request and repair quotes for approval to various funding agencies
- Ensuring parts are ordered and received in a timely manner
- Invoicing and taking payments

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
- A strong desire to help others
- Good communication skills
- Be a team player & also be ablet o work independently
- Have some leadership skills - ex - being comfortable coordinating co-workers
- Prior experience working in an office environment
- Technical or troubleshooting experience (an asset)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft 356 programs, Great Plains.
