Catholic Social Service's Home Support program is currently looking for a 1:1 Community Companion Volunteer who enjoys being active, and can provide positive encouragement for a male client with disabilities.

**If you are someone who enjoys participating in physical sports or active activities, then this volunteer placement might be the right fit for you**

**What you can expect**:

- Engage in activities that are of interest to the client
- Act as a positive role model to the client
- Meet the client in the community
- Have Fun

**Desired Skills/Abilities**:

- Must have a gentle and patient manner
- Positive, healthy interpersonal and excellent listening skills
- Reliable, patient, enthusiastic, creative, and flexible in thinking
- Mature reasoning skills
- Ability to set and follow personal boundaries
