We're looking for you to join our team as an **Oracle, Project Manager** in **Montreal, QC.
As the Manager, your role is pivotal in steering successful project outcomes within our dynamic environment. This position entails orchestrating cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality results in line with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing large engagements across multiple geographies, developing comprehensive project integration plans, and maintaining meticulous documentation. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior client leadership and vendors, is essential for you to build strong relationships and achieve project goals.

Additionally, you will oversee budget management, resource optimization, expense monitoring, and regular reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders. Proactive measures are taken to address deviations from the plan, alongside supporting change management efforts and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or project management
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading technology or financial solutions initiatives
- Knowledge of banking products like Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, Temenos, and BaNCS
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, CSM
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Strategic thinking and methodology selection skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to client service excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
