**Salary Range**:$60,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience

**Summary**:
For over 15 years Locomotive Marketing has been providing brand name gifts to the Canadian casino market and has recently expanded to the US market to manufacture branded products for casino distributors across the United States. The Product Development Coordinator would be responsible for working with licensing companies to understand the brand requirements, and coordinating with factories to continually develop new product lines.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed product development plans to ensure that new products are being continually developed in an efficient manner
- Coordinate with factories to receive mock-ups or samples of new products, and work with them regarding any necessary changes to get product ready for release
- Coordinate with photographers and copywriters to create product marketing information
- Keep all product information consistent and well organized to allow for easy implementation into price sheets and websites
- Order and manage product sample inventory
- Work closely with customer Account Managers to ensure new products are in line with customer needs and expectations

**Education and Experience**:

- University or College education, a focus on business, marketing or a related field preferred
- 3+ years experience in product development and/or content management is preferred
- Experience working with overseas factories would be an asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Drive, Docs and Sheets
- Experience with SquareSpace would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong organization and content management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work well independently

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30
- Hybrid office/work from home, with 1-2 days per week as work from home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
