**Manager, Programs, NBD & Inside Sales, CT&I**
DLL Canada invites you to share in our success by joining our **Construction, Transportation & Industrial (CT&I) Sales Team** as a** Manager, Programs, NBD & Inside Sales**.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Country Sales Manager for CT&I, and you will be responsible for a variety of activities within the business unit with a focus on management and direction of the Inside Sales team, providing local support for program partners at the country level and strategic business development across the commercial team.

**Day to Day**
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Inside Sales members
- Drive sales strategies and tactics consistent with the direction of the Country Sales Manager
- Create efficiency in workflows and processing across teams and members
- Identify and analyze opportunities and develop plans to maximize DLL’s market share within the segment
- Work with Business Development Managers to promote DLL’s products and services within identified target relationships
- Work with Program Managers to enhance local penetration of international programs and ensure delivery of various promotions and campaigns
- Provide guidance to the sales team on program strategy and ensure the necessary local support
- Visit partners to understand their unique requirements and position DLL solutions
- Create presentations and communication collateral for external and internal use
- Travel as required to meet partners and attend trade shows and industry events
- Define, monitor and achieve commercial targets and goals

**Essentials**
- University Degree, College Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 10 years proven track record in equipment leasing
- 5 years commercial management experience is preferred
- High degree of attention to detail
- Experience in managing sales processes and negotiating program agreements
- Ability to communicate complex information to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence and persuade decision-makers
- Excellent at fostering a collaborative and connected work environment
- Comfortable working independently, in a virtual team environment and in-person as required
- Solid team player who can inspire team members and deliver exceptional results

$95,165 - $142,747 _(This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)_
