**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Manager, Consolidation & Financial Reporting will support the Senior Manager in managing the consolidation process and the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards. The Manager will have a mix of direct and indirect reports. This is a hybrid position.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and improving the month-end consolidation process, and preparing the monthly financial statements (statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, and statement of cash flow)
- Preparing the annual consolidated financial statements, including the notes, and ensuring their compliance with IFRS Accounting Standard
- Managing the consolidation system as well as the system used for the preparation of the annual consolidated financial statements
- Leading the external audit of the annual consolidated financial statements
- Coaching and training the Consolidation & Financial Reporting team on accounting under IFRS Accounting Standards, month-end process, and the consolidation system
- Providing support to local accounting teams and other departments within PFX Group on accounting questions and consolidation system matters
- Maintaining and developing accounting policies to ensure that the financial reporting complies with IFRS Accounting Standards
- Preparing ad hoc training sessions on various accounting topic
- Ensuring new IFRS Accounting Standards are monitored and leading implementation projects for new IFRS Accounting Standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- CPA designation
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in consolidation and consolidation systems
- Ability to manage processes and teams
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with IFRS Accounting Standards
- Bilingual English-French
- Team-oriented with strong coaching skills

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
