**Duties**:

- Operate and monitor plant equipment and systems to ensure efficient and safe operation
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor plant and material and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production levels
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Document operational data, including production rates, downtime, and maintenance activities

This is a **mobile unit** that we most often have in the Brantford/Cambridge/Guelph area but you may be required to go further than that on occasion.

**Experience**:
**Must have a valid G license with a clean drivers abstract. (work vehicle is provided with this position)**:

- Previous experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment
- Knowledge of plant operations and processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 - 60 per week
