**Job Description - Juice Batcher & Pasteurizer**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate batching and pasteurization equipment in accordance with company procedures and food safety regulations.
- Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures to maintain sanitation and prevent contamination.
- Follow recipes and formulations accurately to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Collect and submit samples for Quality Assurance testing.
- Maintain proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices for raw materials and finished products.
- Assist with packaging and labeling of finished goods when required.
- Support order picking and staging for shipments as directed.
- Conduct and record routine inventory counts.
- Monitor equipment for proper operation and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), and company safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
- Understanding of pasteurization and batching processes an asset.
- Ability to follow written instructions, recipes, and SOPs accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist in multiple areas of production.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety standards preferred.

**Work Environment**
- Fast-paced food production facility.
- Requires adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- May involve working in varying temperature conditions.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
