You will be part of implementing existing and new Marketing strategies which includes the following:

- You will be in charge of creating, advising, updating and ensuring all online social media presence platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.are regularly updated and maintained.
- Establish and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule
- Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative captions.
- Interact with followers and the online community
- Social seeding and reaching out to influencers
- Report and analyze social media engagement
- Monitor trends in the baby products industry across various social media platforms
- You will be in charge of the newsletters calendar, to customers and professional of the industry.
- You will be in the contact person for all retailers, leading marketing operations and providing support as needed.
- You will be expected to support our SEO optimization strategy and website content
- You will be in charge of content creation which includes design, ability to organize photo and video shootings.
- Organize, coordinate events when required

Qualifications:

- Must be adaptable and intuitive as you will have to learn the baby product’s industry.
- Being able to think quickly and have some excellent insights into digital world that we all live in today and some vision of marketing strategies is essential.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of social media and its various platforms. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Strong creative writing skills and knowledge of graphic skills (Adobe Suite)
- Have basic photography skills and an eye for composition
- Be tech savvy
- Experience with Mailchimp and Sendinblue is a plus.
- Experience with SEO best practices will be a plus.
- Demonstrate strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to manage your own time, being autonomous, as well as being able to work with a team
- Must have the ability to speak/write English fluently. French is a plus.
- Be eager to learn, and contribute to the team’s success
- Hands on experience in the customer service/retail industry is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
