Dog Groomer

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin to recommend appropriate grooming treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' needs and grooming options.
- Handle pets safely and comfortably, ensuring their well-being during the grooming process.
- Lift and carry pets as needed, which may involve heavy lifting for larger breeds.
- Stay updated on the latest grooming trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in pet grooming is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right can’t.
- Strong customer service skills to build rapport with pet owners and ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to handle animals of various sizes and temperaments with care and confidence.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and heavy lifting.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care is essential.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
