About Us:
Hii Pot is Calgary’s newest semi-self-service hotpot restaurant—modern, fast, and full of flavor. We’re looking for hard-working, team-oriented Cooks and Kitchen Helpers to support our back-of-house operations. If you take pride in preparing clean, fresh food and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook hotpot ingredients following portion and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Assist with food prep, cutting, and restocking throughout the shift
- Support dishwashing duties when needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Complete other kitchen tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Work night shifts as needed (up to 2:00 AM on weekends)

Job Requirements:

- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Able to work night shifts and weekends as needed
- Fluent in English;
- Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
