**Role**: Jr IT Service Desk

**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Basic LAN/Wifi knowledge
- Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Phone skills (iPhone configurations, profiles, etc), IP Phone
- PC support proficiency
- O365 tools
- Problem solving and provide support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Verbal communication
- Sense of urgency and prioritisation

**Must Haves**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred
- **MUST be located in Halifax, NS**:

- **This is a onsite position
