Our Service Center needs a reliable **Wash Bay Assistant** to join our team. An automotive Wash Bay (detailing) assistant is responsible for assisting in the thorough cleaning and reconditioning of vehicles, both inside and out. The job typically includes various tasks aimed at enhancing the appearance and extending the life of the vehicle's surfaces.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Have a meticulous eye for perfection, commitment to quality work and enjoy cleaning and detailing vehicles
- Exterior Cleaning: Wash and dry the vehicle's exterior, including windows, tires, rims, and trim.
- Interior Cleaning: Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and other upholstery; clean and polish dashboards, door panels, and other interior surfaces.
- Detailing and Maintenance: Clean engine compartments, undercarriages, and other areas not typically cleaned during regular washes.
- Supply Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used properly and replenished as needed.
- Keeping Wash Bays clean
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, properly dispose of hazardous materials, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Must work as a team to meet and exceed our customer demands of quality service
- Be positive and polite with all customers and staff, as well as assist all team members

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Valid Driver’s License: G
- Clean Drivers Abstract

**Work Environment**
- Work is performed in a workshop, garage, or outdoor setting.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment noise.
