Job Overview

The Eurovia BC Group of Companies is currently looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant (HR Administrator) to join our team at our North Vancouver Location.

Key Tasks:

- Maintains employee files, filing all necessary paperwork in employee paper and electronic files
- Maintain filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of documents, including but not limited to employment letters, forms and other business correspondence.
- Maintains human resources records by tracking documentations, terminations and vacation time.
- Word processes, scans, files, photocopies, etc. a variety of materials such as letters, memos, and reports
- Provide overall administrative support to the Human Resources department, as well as to other functions where required.
- Recruitment Administration
- Training Administration
- Participate in HR projects

Essential Qualifications
- Ability to perform duties with mínimal supervision and to contribute effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
- Ability to work with confidential material and situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
