Order Processor and Inventor Control

**Job Summary**
As we are a company, you must be comfortable to work on your own in the office.
**Duties**
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using order EDI/SPS processing and Quickbooks systems.
- Manage order fulfillment tasks including order processing, billing and preparing shipping documentation to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage billing and receivables using QuickBooks.
- From time to time we may require you to assist in the warehouse including Operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment for loading and unloading materials - an asset, although not mandatory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and inventory ordering through regular stock checks and updates in the warehouse SOS distribution system. Knowledge of SOS system is an asset and not mandatory
- Collaborate with warehouse to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks in the warehouse environment.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process by verifying orders against packing lists and addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements, counts, and inventory management.
- Primary job function is in-office with occassional assistance in the warehouse as needed.
- On occassion it is necessary to respond to order requests after hours to meet critical and mandatory response times.
- From time to time it is required to communicate with major retailers to communicate product changes and pricing updates through the retailers' platforms.
**Experience**
- Previous office experience is preferred, particularly in order processing, shipping & receiving, or e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with Retai ordering platform (EDI) is an asset
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems (SOS) and material requirements planning (SOS) software is advantageous.
- Experience operating forklifts or reach trucks is a plus; certification may be required - will provide training if required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment tasks.

- Experience and knowlege of QuickBooks system for Billing and Receiveables.
Pay: $17.20-$26.78 per hour
