Bin City Liquidation is on the hunt for a motivated and experienced **Store Manager** to lead our team We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, highly organized, and confident managing a fast-paced retail environment. If you have a passion for leadership, customer experience, and staying on top of the details, you might be the right fit.
**About the Role**:
As Store Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of staff, and ensure our store runs efficiently and professionally. You’ll work directly with the owners to maintain the high standards that set Bin City apart — clean, organized, and always customer-focused.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily store operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Train, support, and motivate team members
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily cash handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Assist with inventory organization and large item processing
- Assist with content for social media (photos, videos, captions) to promote weekly inventory
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other apps to stay organized
- Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
- Reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:

- Selwyn, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
