**About the Role**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Monitor incoming payments, process customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections.
- Maintain and update records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Develop and implement improvements to AR/AP processes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
