**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages professional growth.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for front-of-house staff.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively.
- Experience with POS systems; familiarity with Micros POS is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with prior supervising experience in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is advantageous.
- Background in hotel or barista services is considered an asset.

Pay: $38,938.77-$66,450.39 per year
