**Duties**
- Operate CNC machines and manual equipment such as lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machining specifications.
- Fabricate components using appropriate machining techniques while adhering to safety standards.
- Assemble finished products or parts as required, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Machinist.
- Familiarity with machining tools and techniques, including lathe and milling machine operations.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is an asset.
- Ability to read and work from technical documents, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Forklift operation experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
