**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring appropriate pain management strategies are implemented.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for accurate data collection and documentation.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Engage in research activities to stay updated on best practices in family medicine and contribute to the advancement of healthcare knowledge.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness and preventive care.

**Qualifications**
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to family medicine practices.
- Experience in acute care settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pediatrics is a plus, as the role involves caring for patients across all age groups.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $150.00-$200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
