Operations including dispatch and customer service are maintained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at both Calgary and Edmonton branches._

The role as Billing Clerk will include the following duties and responsibilities:

- Collection and analysis of information required to calculate invoices to external customers including reconciliation against operational data
- Data entry from both internal and customer sources
- Prepare and issue customer invoices through various channels (E-mail, Mail, EDI)
- Reconciliation of customer payments
- Issue of customer statements and collection activities as required
- Ensure accounting system is updated and current with all invoicing, payment, and reconciliation activities
- Receive and resolve customer inquiries
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

1 - 2 years' experience.

Knowledge of Axon software and basic accounting knowledge would be an asset to the position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
