If you answered yes to all three, then you are the right person to join our team as a **Cashier**, part of the Service Department at Wilson Niblett **Wilson Niblett Motors** is currently looking to add talented members in our brand-new team. Wilson-Niblett has been Canada's #1 Corvette dealer for over 25 years, and it is the exclusive "Callaway" dealer for eastern Canada. We are looking for self-motivated and passionate individuals like you **Job Duties**: - Promptly answer and direct telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner. - Promptly greets or acknowledge all customers in a professional manner and directs customers with unresolved concerns to the appropriate individual. - Coordinates with other dealership employees to provide optimal customer service. - Deal with all related-inquiries from both the public and customers - Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. - Verify customer contact information and update database as needed Dealership experience is an asset, but not required. - Accurately process payments and write receipts for vehicle deposits & sales. - Keeps sales showroom, lounge and reception area tidy & organized - Ensures guest coffee is fresh and supplies are well stocked - Distribute internet leads to appropriate dealership personnel - Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner - Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers - Handle incoming calls to schedule service appointments for customers - Perform follow-up calls with customers - Provide refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise - Refer customers to appropriate parties regarding the work performed, additional maintenance or repairs done to their vehicle - Handle customer complaints with integrity and refer them to appropriate individuals for resolution if necessary - Close all open invoices - Performs other duties as required **This job might be right for you if**: - You have a passion for customer service. You demonstrate multitasking abilities while working under pressure. - You are self-motivated and driven.
