**Overview**

**Duties**
- Listening to clients and providing options to best suit their needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for styles and products.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services that enhance the client experience.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by effectively communicating with clients and addressing any concerns or feedback.

**Experience**
- Experience is necessary and a journeyman license is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
